Mr Gyula Fichtinger is the Director General of the Hungarian Atomic Energy Authority

Mr Pál Kovács, the Minister of State for Climate Change and Energy on June 10th 2013 announced that the Prime Minister Mr Viktor Orbán appointed Mr Gyula Fichtinger, the former Deputy Director General of HAEA as the Director General of the Hungarian Atomic Energy Authority.

Mr Pál Kovács expressed his gratitude to Mr József Rónaky, the former Director General of HAEA for his work in the organisation over the last decade and congratulated Mr Gyula Fichtinger, the newly named DG and wished him success in his new role.
